Poke Tuna

Ingredients

1 Tuna Sushi Grade Steak chopped into 1/4 inch cubes
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Chinese Chili Sauce
1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 Small Onion (Julienne cut)
3 Green Onions (chopped)
1 tsp. Fresh Ground Ginger
1 tsp. Sesame Oil
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
3 Cloves Garlic (finely diced)

Mix everything except tuna and let it set for a while (1/2 hour or longer).   Then  chop the tuna.  Pour the mix over the tuna just before serving.
